W nowo projektowanych rezydencjach mieszkalnych, montaż okien wykonanych z PCV z oknami wyprodukowanymi z profili aluminiowych, to co raz częściej stosowane rozwiązanie.Tak było też i tym razem. W pięknym budynku,zamontowaliśmy okna PCW oraz fasadę aluminiową, dostarczone przez firmę AdamS z Mrągowa. Inwestor zdecydował się na nowoczesne okna SL 82 z profili Veka, w kolorze obustronnym (sosna górska), wyposażone w energooszczędne szyby oraz bezawaryjne okucia SIEGENIA Tytan AF. Okucia zgodnie z decyzją inwestora, zostały zrealizowane w wersji antywłamaniowej, w klasie RC2. Fasadę aluminiową, wykonaliśmy z profili Aliplast w systemie MC WALL. Konstrukcja ma 5,5m wysokości i jest w kształcie litery C. Dbając o bezpieczeństwo przyszłych użytkowników, zastosowaliśmy szkło laminowane i hartowane.  Szkło laminowane, często występuje pod nazwą VSG. Określenie VSG funkcjonuje w Polsce a pochodzi od niemieckiego określenia „Verbund Sicherheits Glas”, co możemy przetłumaczyć jako „bezpieczne szkło warstwowe„. Inaczej mówiąc szkło VSG to szkło laminowane, wykonane z dwóch szyb nie hartowanych sklejonych ze sobą specjalną folią.  Szyby hartowane, to z kolei szkło poddane procesowi hartowania. Hartowanie polega na obróbce cieplnej, w której  szkło nagrzewane jest do wysokiej temperatury, około 660 stopni Celsjusza, przetrzymaniu go do momentu zmiany wewnętrznej struktury szkła a następnie szybkim schłodzeniu. Hartowanie sześciokrotnie zwiększa wytrzymałość szyby oraz gwarantuje, że podczas jej pęknięcia,tafla szkła rozsypie się na malutkie kawałki, ograniczając tym samym zagrożenie pokaleczenia się użytkowników. Zgodnie z wymaganiami obiektowymi oraz projektowymi, montaż został wykonany w sposób prawidłowy. Gwarantujemy szczelność połączeń między oknem a murem, oraz odpowiednie przenoszenie wszystkich sił działających na okna. Zastosowaliśmy folie uszczelniające, podwaliny z purenitu, oraz sprawdzone techniki mocowań. Hydroizolacja z EPDM zabezpieczy połączenia okien i fasady z murem od strony zewnętrznej. Do montażu fasady, wykorzystaliśmy podnośnik wyposażony w ssawkę, dbając o bezpieczeństwo oraz zdrowie naszych pracowników.

In newly designed residential apartamenty, the combination of windows made of PVC with windows made of aluminum profiles is more and more frequently used solution. This was also the case this time. In a beautiful building, we installed PVC windows and an aluminum facade, provided by the AdmaS company from Mrągowo. The investor decided on modern SL 82 windows made of Veka profiles, double-sided (mountain pine), equipped with energy-saving glass and failure-free Sigenia Tytan AF fittings. The fittings, according to the investor’s decision, were made in an anti-burglary version, in RC 2 class. The aluminum facade is made of Aliplast profiles in the MC WALL system. The structure is 5.5 m high and is C-shaped. Taking care of the safety of future users, we have used laminated and tempered glass. Laminated glass, often known as VSG. The term VSG is used in Poland and comes from the German term „Verbund Sicherheits Glas”, which can be translated as „laminated safety glass”.  In other words, VSG glass is laminated glass, made of two non-tempered glass panes glued together with a special foil.Toughened glass is the glass that goes through a toughening process. Hardening is a heat treatment in which the glass is heated to a high temperature, about 660 degrees Celsius, holding it until the internal structure of the glass changes, and then quickly cools down. Toughening incrsaees the strength of the glass six times and guarantees that when it breaks, the glass pane will crumble into tiny pieces, thus reducing the risk of injury to users. According to the object and design requirements, the assembly was performed correctly. We guarantee tightness of connections between the window and the wall, and appropriate transfer of all forces acting on the windows. We used sealing foils, purenite foundations and proven fixing techniques. EPDM waterproofing will protect the connections of windows and facade with the wall from the outside. To assemble the facade, we used a lift equipped with a suction cup, taking care of the safety and health of our employees.
